We do not accept any returns/exchange unless the product delivered has any defect/damage. In the said case there are two options you can opt for:
- If you do not find anything you like at that moment, a credit note with the full amount is issued in your name with a validity of 365 days. You can use the unique code in the credit note for any future purchase.
- You can select any other product(s) in exchange of the defective/damaged product you have received or the same product subject to availability.
Return/Exchange in such cases can be requested within 7 days from the day of delivery.
To process the return/exchange, please follow the below steps:
- Get in touch with the team on firstname.lastname@example.org or 9324021374.
- The team will assist you and request images of the defective/damaged product.
- Keep all items in the package and self-ship it to the address shared by the team.
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned/exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all the packaging intact.
- If the items that are defected/damaged do not match the images sent before self-shipping, the return/exchange will not be processed.
All the orders placed go through safety checks like a disinfected warehouse, sanitization, temperature checks, masks & gloves, etc.
